You're joining a waitlist for Billateral, a product Skrrt LLC is building. There is no live service yet. We may invite you, we may not. By submitting your email you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Every email we send has a one-tap unsubscribe button — use it any time.
Acceptance
By submitting the waitlist form on billateral.io, you agree to these terms (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't submit the form.
These Terms are between you and Skrrt LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we," "us," "our"). They cover your use of billateral.io and any related communications we send you.
What Billateral is right now
Billateral is in development. The waitlist is a way for us to keep a list of people who want to know when access opens up. There is no live service yet. Submitting your email is not:
- a contract for any product or service;
- a guarantee that we will invite you;
- a guarantee that we will ever ship;
- a payment or a commitment to pay.
We may change, delay, or cancel any plans for the product, the waitlist, or this website at any time and without notice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to submit the waitlist form. If you're submitting on behalf of a company or fund, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Acceptable use
When using this site or communicating with us, you agree not to:
- submit information that isn't yours (someone else's email, fake identities);
- attempt to overload, scrape, or breach the site;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose;
- send abusive, harassing, or illegal content in the note field.
We may remove your record and refuse further contact if you violate this section.
Communications you'll receive
If you submit the form, you'll receive:
- A welcome email confirming we got your signup.
- A small number of further emails as access opens, the product changes, or we have something specific to share.
Every email has an unsubscribe button — tap it once and you're off the list. Opt-outs are processed instantly, well within the ten-business-day window the CAN-SPAM Act requires.
Intellectual property
The Billateral name, logo, copy, design, and code on this site are owned by Skrrt LLC. You may read, link to, and screenshot the site — you may not copy substantial portions, repackage it, or pass it off as your own.
The "receipt" visual style on this site is a creative expression. It is not a representation of an existing product, an audited financial document, or a legally-binding receipt.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses. We don't promise that any future product will look or work like anything described or depicted on the site.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Skrrt LLC and its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or these Terms.
Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to USD $50. (You haven't paid anything; we haven't received anything.) Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Skrrt LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute that can't be resolved by emailing us is the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
If you're a consumer in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protections afforded by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
Changes to these Terms
Material changes
If we change these Terms in a material way, we'll update the effective date above. If we have an email for you, we'll announce material changes by email.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
